On Sunday I donated my time to cater a fundraiser for the GDA. Despite the weather worsening as the day wore on, I was able to cook and serve everyone before it rained.
I spent Saturday slow cooking a huge amount of brisket which I shredded once it was cool. Once on site I mixed this with my barbecue sauce and cooked it through to a sticky smokey finish. This was then stuffed into fresh flat breads and served with my coleslaw made with proper fresh Dijon mayonnaise.
I can cater this meal for up to 40 people from £15 per head.
