A simple supper following the Gloucestershire Business Show

Last week was the Gloucestershire Business Show, a fantastic event combining panel discussions, trade stands and a wide range of networking opportunities. I was there both days and got so much out of it, not least all of the meetings that I’ll be having over the next few weeks.

The weekend began with a booking on Friday night. Their Simple Supper featured my mature cheese tarts with immature chutney, some very slow cooked lamb served with aubergine puree and Turkish style vegetables then a salt caramel chocolate tart.

That was my last event before the launch party for my next crowdfunding campaign and I’m getting pretty excited. There are still two tickets available for this four course meal on 27th May so you can still join us. Tickets cost £75 and include a cocktail on arrival, four courses with wine based on dishes I cooked for Masterchef and Hidden Restaurants with Michel Roux Jr, tea and coffee, frozen schnapps and marshmallows for toasting. £50 from each ticket will go to dementia charities.
